Job Description:Job Summary : Experience : Total 8-14 year yrs at lease 3-4 years as Marketing strategy role Pan India / Regional level planning. - Manage the development of all communication for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer activity. - Development and execution of the Marketing Strategy for the entity. Analyse and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth - Conducting Events, Involvement in planning of Brand Wise, Area Wise, Sales Promotion Activity including displays, ATL /BTL Activities to be designed and get executed - Repeat Sale of 10% customers thru Privileged Cards Scheme, - Conduct Survey & amp amp Audits to review & amp amp analyze short term and long term implications of various sales promotion activities and take necessary corrective action. - Ensure right Team Members are on board and they are properly supported and trained to meet the assigned objectives - Management of third party relationships with the company' s marketing service providers, including but not limited to: affiliate partners, agencies, technology suppliers, consultants, etc Responsibilities and Duties : - Candidates from Sales & amp amp Marketing Background from Pharma / Medicine / Pharmacy / Medical / Pathology / Diagnostics industry - Candidates have worked in the similar industry - Guide teams to implement Brand awareness programs / promotional campaigns as advised from Marketing from time to time and share feedback / inputs to enhance the effectiveness. - Ensure regular visits to potential stakeholders as per agreed plan and as well, ensure regular visit to existing or new Development Partners / Retails Partners as per the plan. - Ensure proper system of reporting, audit and compliance is followed by Team and in case of any deviation, ensure disciplinary action is taken. - Set up a good Sales Team by hiring right personnel on the job, provide regular training, guidance and support so that they clearly understand the expectations from their role and deliver results accordingly, build a culture of performance and team work that would motivate team for higher growth and productivity.
